Our search process is divided into three basic phases: research, contact and evaluation.

Research begins with our development of working data on our client, its industry, business philosophy and growth goals. Appropriate executives in the company are interviewed in coordination with your wishes to learn of the position requirements, business philosophy and assignment goals.

Our active database provides multiple candidates nationwide and supplementing the effort is our executive search and head hunting team. At that time, first Contacts are made and involve talking directly with the sources and individuals who meet the position specifications. We determine who has established patterns of accomplishment and success in positions which closely approximate the needs of the position. The process is designed to yield several potential candidates with high profiles of excellence which the company is seeking.

Evaluation begins as soon as a potential candidate, showing the required experience and interest, is located. Following initial telephone screening, personal interviews are conducted in order to put together complete profiles of the candidates. On our being satisfied, we review profiles with client and facilitate client interviews of candidate and conduct reference checks of the finalist. As the process begins to draw to a conclusion, we continue to be available for direct involvement in negotiations that follow with the final candidate and to provide assistance in closing the offer and thereafter ensure smooth transition and assimilation for executive.

Recruitment:

  • Initiation of recruitment process by matching CVs from the existing database with the TOR shared by the respective organization.
  • In the event the database does not have sufficient number of CVs for a required position, advertisements are placed in diverse media for contracting of technical candidates.
  • Management of All logistics arrangements during the hiring process for e.g. reimbursement of boarding, lodging, travel etc.
  • Maintenance of an active roster of prospective candidates / technical candidates

Human Resources Management:

  • Adherence to all governmental (State and /or Centre) rules and regulations applicable while hiring the candidates / technical candidates
  • Ensure that all the candidates have a valid contract and these contracts adhere to SCS’s own internal policy and the statutory labour and legal requirements, policies of the State/Centre governments.
  • Respective agency’s approval is sought before entering into any contractual agreement with the candidates.
  • SCS ensures that the candidates hired have Income Tax Permanent Account Numbers (PAN), deducts taxes (TDS) as per income tax act applicable, issues TDS certificates to candidates.
  • SCS also orients duly hired candidates on the income tax filing procedures.

Insurances # Medical, Death and Disability :

  • SCS provides and facilitates medical insurance, insurance cover for death and disability to the duly hired candidates.

Database

  • SCS maintains an updated database of all candidates, which includes the duration of contracts, start & end dates, value, purpose, their deployment in Programme, leave records, insurance details etc. and performance evaluation database.

Bank Account:

  • Separate bank accounts for each project are opened by the SCS with a bank which has the maximum coverage in the respective state.

Leave Entitlements and maintenance of leave records:

Financial Management

  • SCS maintains the accounts on generally accepted accounting principles in computerized standard accounting software.
  • SCS makes payments to the candidates for its professional inputs by the last working day of each month and by last working day of the following month by bank drafts/transfers or locally drawn cheques.
  • For Reimbursement of all other Expenditures, SCS checks and verifies the claims, bills, vouchers submitted by their candidates
